Online or phone psychology sessions can be a convenient and discreet way to experience therapy. Psychology sessions be done from the comfort of your home, from anywhere in Australia or worldwide. Psychology Sessions are easily accessed via a link. Initial psychology sessions are booked via email and subsequent sessions can be booked online. They are suitable for individuals 15+. It is preferred you access online psychology sessions on your computer (rather than a mobile phone) for the best experience.
